    We are currently experiencing a database query error affecting the End-User Panel, leading to delays and failures when retrieving or submitting data.

    • The issue is due to an inefficient SQL query causing increased load times and intermittent errors. Our development and database teams are actively working to resolve the issue.

      Further optimizations are underway to restore full functionality.

    In response to a minor network issue experienced late last week, we are undertaking some essential maintenance on one of our core devices in Reliance House, Newcastle.

    At 5AM (UK time) on Friday 30th August 2024, customers situated in Reliance House (UK-DC1) will notice a very brief period of network downtime of approximately 10 minutes (within the scheduled time) whilst we re-configure a core network device. The actual duration of downtime is expected to be much less.

    This maintenance is essential in order to proactively prevent further issues of this nature from re-occurring.

    The servers have arrived at UK-DC1 and are currently undergoing maintenance for security checks, network installation etc. Maintenance scheduled to end in 4 hours and clients should be able to access their products by the end of today.
